Coast Women's Wrestling Academy

 Pre-Academy “Lil Ninjas” is an introductory program for kids aged 6 through 9, and is specifically designed to prepare players for the Full-Time Academy program. The focus of the Pre-Academy Program is to introduce fundamental technical skills, positive training habits, taking instruction in a structured environment and, most importantly, HAVE FUN developing a love for the the sport of Wrestling.  

  Coast Wrestling Academy has the greatest impact on a athlete development through selection and participation in its  Full-Time Program, geared towards players aged 10 - 17yrs old.  Wrestlers entering into the Academy have a passion for wrestling and are serious about their development as competitive wrestlers.  

  The Elite Academy program is designed for advanced competitive players entering 6th grade up, who are serious about taking their knowledge of the sport to the next level.  

  The Academy Xcel program  is specially designed for competitive high school wrestlers who are working towards collegiate-level or professional wrestling (Olympic Team). The Academy Xcel program is limited to 24 wrestlers. Wrestlers must be selected into the Xcel program after evaluation to ensure the quality of the training environment.
