Established in 2014, Coast Wrestling Academy is British Columbia’s only professionally organized training academy for competitive youth wrestling.  Coast Wrestling Academy has designed an athletic Development Framework proven to establish fundamental technical skill and tactical awareness in young athletes; fostering wrestlers’ development at every phase.

Shew Sisters double gold at 2019 BC Provincial high school Championships

Shew Sisters High school Wrestling championships Zena and Kiana Shew

BOth Kiana and Zena Shew win gold medals at the 2019 BC high school championships this February in Langley BC. The win caps off an impressive high school wrestling career for Kiana, who is in her senior year.  She was also won the award for the Most Outstanding Female Match of the tournament.
