We are an incorporated non-profit society dedicated to raise awareness in the sport of wrestling.  As such we are governed by the Societies Act and are required to follow specific legislation and regulations on how we operate. 

Coast Wrestling is not owned by a person, group or company instead we have a Board of Directors who volunteer their time and expertise overseeing the operations of the club. Once elected each director serves a one year term in their Board position. The Board members ensure that all operations follow our registered bylaws and constitution.  Each year the societies operations, financials and next years budget are reported to our members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in October.
