Pre-Academy “Lil Ninjas” is an introductory program for kids aged 5 through 11, and is specifically designed to prepare players for the Full-Time Academy program. The focus of the Pre-Academy Program is to introduce fundamental technical skills, positive training habits, taking instruction in a structured environment and, most importantly, HAVE FUN developing a love for the the sport of Wrestling.Pre-Academy “Lil Ninjas” train twice per week during a three-month training module. Players are sometimes given wrestling homework and are evaluated regularly to track their development throughout the training module.

Pre-Academy trains in three three-month long training modules each season. Training is 2 x week. Those who are comfortable and developing a love and taste for competition can move up to full-time academy.
Module I: September 4 – December 20
Module II: Jan 4- March 22
Module III: March 29- May 24

The fall Lil Ninjas training(5-11 year olds) session is now open for registration for all Coast Wrestling Academy locations.
Who: This class is for wrestlers 5-11 years olds(10 and 11 year olds can move into other classes if they please). This class is for beginner all the way to advanced wrestlers and although we do not have a heavy competition focus our ninjas class is the starting point for many in our program who become provincial champions later in their careers.
Dates: Monday September 4 - Wednesday December 20- No practice Thanksgiving week
Times: Coast WA Burnaby, Coast WA Coquitlam, Wednesday 6-7pm and Sunday 4-5pm
Class size: All locations are limited to 35 spots
Ages: 5-11(10 and 11 year olds will have the option to move into the elite academy classes)
Cost: $325
